Real availability. Your confirmation.
It offers times that are genuinely free in your diary and records which one the enquirer wants. It never commits your diary on its own: your team confirms.
Your office shuts at 6. Buyers keep enquiring. LeadsAfterDusk replies to your Rightmove, Zoopla and website enquiries from 6pm to 6am, asks your usual questions, offers free viewing times from your calendar (or asks which times suit) and hands every request to your team to confirm in the morning. Anything it can't answer waits for your team. Want the early mornings and the weekend as well? Pro runs 6pm to 9am, Friday night through to Monday.
An example night for one branch. Starter replies from 6pm to 6am, and Pro keeps going until 9am. Anything unusual waits for your team in the morning.
You need your enquiries answered while your agents are off. LeadsAfterDusk works alongside your team, not instead of it, and does one job: helping make sure fewer enquiries that arrive after you close go cold before you're back.
It offers times that are genuinely free in your diary and records which one the enquirer wants. It never commits your diary on its own: your team confirms.
It works through the inbox your portal leads already land in. There is no CRM integration to set up and nothing is synced to your CRM, so Alto, Reapit, Jupix, Street or anything else carries on as before.
Watch only, approve every reply, or answer automatically. Valuations, fees, legal questions and complaints always go to a person.
We connect the branch enquiry inbox and the negotiator's calendar using Google's or Microsoft's own permission screen. Your CRM stays as it is.
During your plan's reply hours (after closing, in away mode, or if nobody on your team has replied within your hand-off time, 10 minutes unless you change it) it answers in your tone and asks budget, mortgage, chain and move date.
Enquirers choose from genuinely free times in your diary, and your team confirms them in the morning. Anything unusual lands with your team with a one-line summary.
Both plans reply to your portal and website enquiries while your office is shut, in your words, offer free viewing times from your calendar (or ask which times suit) and hand each request to your team to confirm. The difference is how long the cover runs, whether it runs at the weekend, and how many branches it covers. Tap a price to see exactly what you get.
Prices exclude VAT. No setup fee and no minimum term — monthly, cancel whenever it stops being worth it.

From six in the evening, when your office empties, through to six the next morning. Enquiries from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your own website get a real reply, usually within two minutes — not an autoresponder, an answer written in your words that asks about budget, mortgage, chain and move date, and offers free times from your calendar, or asks which times suit if you don’t use one.
One office, Monday to Friday. If your enquiries arrive on weekday evenings and your team picks things up from half eight, Starter covers the evening, but not the early morning: cover stops at 6am, so enquiries between 6am and half eight wait for your team. Pro extends weekday cover to 9am. Starter is for a single branch; if you have two or more, Pro adds each extra branch for £75 a month.
At 6am, and it doesn’t run at weekends. Anything arriving on a Saturday or Sunday is logged and waiting for you on Monday rather than answered. Worth knowing before you choose — for a lot of agencies the weekend is the quiet bit, and for others it is the whole problem.

Cover runs 6pm to 9am instead of stopping at six. The enquiries that land at half seven in the morning — people looking at listings before work — are answered before your first negotiator has taken their coat off.
From Friday evening straight through to Monday morning. Saturday afternoon once you have locked up, and all day Sunday, when almost every office in the country is dark and buyers are at home browsing.
Pro includes your first branch. Each extra office is £75 a month, up to seven branches in all: two branches are £504 a month, three are £579. More than seven? Talk to us.
We connect your first branch (the trial runs on Pro, so more can follow) and you see every out-of-hours enquiry and how fast it was answered. Straightforward enquiries are answered within minutes. Anything needing judgement gets a holding reply and waits for your team.
Fourteen days free, no card needed. A 15-minute call is the best way to see if it fits your branch, but you can start without one.
